What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though specialized designer fixtures may require additional lead time.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting fixtures?
Yes, all Mases Lighting products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Many of our premium LED integrated fixtures include extended warranties of up to 5 years.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned for a refund due to safety regulations.
Are light bulbs included with the lamps and pendants?
Unless specified as 'Integrated LED' or noted in the product description, bulbs are generally sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness.
Do I need a professional electrician to install my new lights?
For all hardwired fixtures, including pendants, wall lights, and chandeliers, we strictly recommend installation by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
